How to grow your account?

1. Please fill profile details in the merchant application properly, the more information you provide about your journey, the more chances you have to get discovered by new users.
 

2. Profile photo plays a key role in the discovery part as well. Try to use a single background color for the same( preferably white) with a square photo (recommended size 300*300)
 

3. We also recommend that if you are going to provide subscription based channel services to the end users, you can start providing information so that the user will have some history about the channel and can judge accordingly. Highly active and engaging content will fetch more subscriptions.
 

4. Another way to engage, get discovered  and cross sell would be to use the Clan-TV feature regularly (at least one video/day) on our platform.
 

5. For the consult feature, we recommend that you don't charge a very high per minute fees initially because the idea is to get new users trust clan leaders and IndiaClan as a platform.
 

6. Also, it is recommended that whenever a consult session is active, clan leaders try to keep response time as minimum as possible so that users don't feel that they are being charged wrongly. 

 

Note :  If you are going to use the channel feature of our platform, it's recommended to have a commentary channel where you provide basic info/market insights and have a very nominal fees for the same i.e 100 INR for 30days. This is our market research and we believe that this can help you get new users that you can eventually upsell for a premium subscription package (the remaining 2 channels)
